Hi sir , I bought a Vw polo refreshed diesel highline model on 28 sep 2012 after ten days I faced an steering noise problem and I took it the VW workshop a service advisor told me it's a spring from air bag is touching the steering so noise came he said me then after some time they gave me the car back the noise was not there.. When I reached home again the noise from steering started.. The next day I went to workshop a senior mechanic told me some suspension bearing is gone and they replaced it under warranty I came home next day I felt the car is pulling left side avian I went to workshop they did some wheel aliengment nearly for three hours then went for test drive but still not hundred percent fine Im just exuasted what action I can take avaunt the dealer who sold the car to me or any other option please need some advice because brand new car ten days old sitting in workshop.. And I nearly saw other new polo had worst problem than me .. Nearly two to three newly launched refreshed polo sitting in workshop if the VW company how did they release the car when it has such a major issue please advice

Hi,
It seems Service people have done their best.As the issue is more about overall quality of car, recommended to write to VW regional manager seeking explanation and possible solution of the same.

Hi,
Please w rite a complaint letter to the GM of the company and the Regional manager with a copy to the GM of the the Dealer send all the letters by Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due or by Speed Post send a Reminder if the issue is not sorted within 15 days and wait for another 15 days and then If you can/otrherwise with the help of an Advocate serve a Notice to the company.Then with no rsponse file a Complain with your Local Consumer Guidance Forum and File a Case with Costs with them .I donot think that you will have to go the full distance You will find a solution midway.

Dear Rahu, I think u shud have sought advice on this website or any other before giong in for this product. Anyways, now the only option left with u is as suggested by our dera friend Ravi Gupta. But it's good that by raising this issue at least other people will learn a lesson about Volkswagon.

i am sekar ialso have the VW POLO PETROL. i bought the car 2010 MAY
BUT EVERY THING is good. PROBLEM ONLY IN SERVICE CENTRE
because few mechanic is not well exper. in VW series thats is big problem
BETTER U MOVE TO COMPLAIN IN FACTORY AS WELL AS CONSUMER COURT
THIS IS RIGHT WAY
