Hi,
You can get Maruti 800 of around 1996 in around 50K.It needs lot of search in finding good conditioned car.Recommended to extend budget a bit for getting car in good condition.

with all due respect to Mr Shiva Shankar, i suggest you look for a Maruti 800 assembled in 1990/91/92. it will have cast iron engine block so its heavy and it will have more life. its is very basic electro-mechanical car. its easy to maintain and cheap to own. i bought my 1990 maruti 800 for 38000 and spent Rs 25000 and its still running after 6 years and 50000 kilometers. it can deliver 21kmpl with ac and 24kmpl without ac if driven sensibly. no regular maintenance required if single handedly used.
