I have complained against your dealer fortune Nissan, Hyd. on 4th april 2012. to your customer care . Mr.Yash received it. After that, i have called customer care several time in this regard.I have emailed so many times the same.But, so far, no action is being taken.My car is lying there unattended. I am also not going there, because my complain undecided.
This is your product(Nissan Micra Indian Manufactured), your authorized workshop not giving response.I am not asking any warranty claim,I am not asking any free services, I want to get my car repaired under Paid Service.Why they will have any problem repairing it? whatever, I want to repair they should do it.They are showing Monopolistic attitude.
(I thought of going to consumer forum in this regard.).But, your the principal authority of that company,so,i have approached you.I have every right to get my car repaired. .They can't say no. i am not asking free, i want to pay and get the things done.They need to have more maturity at that position.

Its indeed a poor customer service from Nissan.Only remeady is wiriting to dealer pricipal and going for consumer court.
