I used to regularly use Helmets which ultimately resulted in me becomina spondilosis patient.Now I cannot use Helmaet which has become mandatory in Kerala due to the weight.Could someone suggest the the most lightest helmet available in India

Why don't you try Sylvester(imported tyre)
made in Germany. It is very light also durable.

suggest you to check out diff. type of MPA ,dont ask you to buy but just take a comfort look at it ,they are usually safe and light
