In terms of Power, looks, features go for Mahindra SUV500, but u need to wait for 4 to 6months, still worth to wait.

Toyota Innova is proven vehicle, but common now a days.
If you are looking for self use, go for Mahindra XUV500. It is extensively tested by Mahindra. Surely it should be good.

Also FORCE One is good with Mercedes OM611 Engine which is most reliable engine in its class.

Force one shud be better (in fact best) than xuv500. Take a test drive and report us here. I always liked the tempo traveller for its soft suspension and wanted to own one modified like the badsha movie. But tempo traveller is under powered for the current hi-way cruises. Force is the king in the commercial segment but not popular here.
