We were in a same dilemma few weeks back. Finally bought i10 after so much of search, checking reviews etc. We compared the following: Swift(issue - low mileage, else it is a great vehicle), WagonR(Issue - Many people suggested not to buy new wagonR, has the worst shape ever, less weight and 998cc engine. But if you really need a spacious interior this is an option), Santro(almost outdated..but hyundai still makes money out of it) and i10(good interior and exterior, great handling, with 1.2l engine company says 20.36 mileage per litre, but less on space inside).
I own a maruti and an hyundai vehicle...You have a better driving comfort in Hyundai vehicles. Lot of people are blind on Maruti makes...but none suggests Zen Estilo, A-star, new WagonR..and you know why.
