First thing is to consider Demand for the bike,Reputation of the past product from manufacturer,Implementation of newer technology,actual usage of the technology for improving mileage and long life of engine.Technical specification .Which indicated engine parameters , cooling system, suspension system etc.Performance of the same capacity engine from other company.etc. Mileage The mileage claimed by company will always be more than actual mileage as they test it under standard testing conditions without accessories.(Actually they should claim only that which they get on road ).Best thing to do is to take feedback from friends, reviews, and automobile professionals and last but not least take TEST DRIVE after checking documents.

Drive the Bike check gear sifting engine oil is there any leakage, smoke, engine sound and pick UP. Any Bike can't run more then 50,000KM if its more then that cant take it.
