hai there. i m sarfaraz from nashik.recently i bought an accent crdi which is in good condition.but i have heard from local mechenics that it's engine should be overhauled in 80000 kms.my car has done 150000 and still running smooth.city average is 14kmpl and highway is 22kmpl without ac.showroom guys told me that engine overhaul will cost near about 1 lac.
i did not notice any abnormility but worried about future.
i bought it at 143000kms & driven 7000kms in 8 months.also tellme about maintainance.

Hello! Sarfaraz.Everyone knows accent is an amazing car.why do you need to show to local mechanic.even i have a accent crdi model 2001 driven 214000kms.and till today its performing good.Hyundai has got a many service centre and not expensive at all.What you need to do is take your car to service station and ask for DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE they charge around 150rupees and your detailed car report will come out in the screen and it will screen will show all the defects blinking on the right side with a problem part also.I hope now your accent will work fine again or you can sell it to me also if interested.09826249696
