I found a Willys low bonnet jeep with petrol engine but I would like to replace the engine with a diesel one but I want to keep the 4X4 working for off road driving. Could you please suggest which engine I should look for that will be suitable for off road driving with fuel economy. Thank you.

Hi,
For best of usage and reliability it would be ideal to go for diesel version vehicle than trying to fit diesel engine to petrol vehicle.Recommended to test drive Mahindra Thar.

I hv sme good engines in spare but they are diesel, i keep interest in petrol engine
