Get your water pump checked & it could be that there is blockage in the flow of water around the engine. Timing could be corrupt or the timing chain may be loose.

check ur electric/tronic circuit... especially the one giving signal to the dashboard light... sometimes it might be simple as that or a problem with the ecm

Hi,
If the vehicle as the head gasket is changed, the problem could be due to water pump.

as you mention you check every bit of the component which is the part of cooling. i will suggest you go for engine check. sometime change in the setting also became the cause of heating. u mention CNG is also used in the vehicle so this may not be ignored.....

Dear shiva, harish, jagjeetsingh, prashanth, thank you all for giving be your valuable time and suggestion. I went to maruti Authorised severvice station and filed a complain to head office at delhi in writting. so there was intense pressure of local authority, as they were giving me not proper answer and now they have to act. so they changed the radiator and fan assably again. the problem was solved. i took about 200 km trial with ac on and on petrol as well as CNG. Now there is no over heating. Temp. remains slightly below of half. so i was relieved after 1 1/2 year with the problem of over heating. spending almost 10000 Rs.I do suggest please file a emailed based complaint to maruti head office and send them reminders everyday they will contact you immidiately.otherwise they will not bothered to listen you. Though maruti is well known but the service station persons are lazy and dont want your car get up to date. they are interested in only paint and accident job. they take 120 car daily in ahmedabad for service and you can imagine what work they do in car!!!. one must protest against this to maruti head office and ask them to send egginers at every month to check the ability of local staff how they are working or some difficult cars, or made arrengemnt by online problem solving techniques. this are the things i have learned after fighting with this people.
please take care of your car in summers and always check coolant level and tyre pressure every week.
