Go for Swift or i10, never go for beat since show room guys itself tells its not reliable ( My friend is having it and getting issues with that car). To be frank, Its tough to get advance features in a car in 5L range

I think better to go for Toyota Etios because its proven tech and may be you will have to adjust on your budget for on road prices but it is desirable and i think will just marginally overshoot your budget. So in my view go for Etios
