Dear sir(s),
i have selected fiat punto diesel, though my running is 400 km/month, but punto patrol have some mileage issues. i want to know that whether the multijet engines need to start every day or if i drive the car after an interval of 2-3 days will it be creating some problem. and last but not the least what is the actual performance of multijet engine in terms efficiency, maintenance, value for money etc.

Buy Ford Figo diesel EXI model at 5.62 on road mumbai. I am using it since past few months. City mileage is 14kmpl and highway is 20kmpl............ even before the first service. mileage might increase after first service. It is a good spacious car and true value for money, with good interiors and excellent pick up and fun to drive

I am using Punto Active-Petrol from last one year and had no issues except externally fitted Central Locking.
City milege is around 12-14 depending on the traffic and the way you drive. Looking at the usage, may be petrol car is better for you. Posted: 4428 day(s) ago |

Hi,
Starting and keeping car in idling for about 10 to 15 mins ones in three days is quite ok to keep it in running condition. Even one week gap is also ok but multiple cranking may be required due to low batery charge. Fiat Multiget engines are good in performance and has long term reliability too.
