dear,
both engines are same including their gearbox. actually tata is getting engine including gearbox from fiat. thats the same engine which is being used in tata qdjt, manza qdjt, swift diesel, dezire diesel, ritz diesel, punto multijet. it is internationally aclaimed engine and car companies is naming this engine as per their wish as qdjt, ddis, multijet etc. thats why the specifications are same (some diff of torque in tata due to using belts) fiat is manufacturer of this engine.
