Esteem of 1996 model gives only Rs.25,000/- as per current prevailing rates.

If you have repaired the car, you will get only 25% of what you have spent on the repairs or accessories. If you have spent say 30k (system) + 50k on other things = 80k x 25% = 20000/-.

So the total value of the car can be 45000/-.

Even if you charge for the kit, it can fetch you an extra 5000/- because it is not new. So it will be only 50,000/-.

No body will pay 1.5 lakhs.

Because for 1.5 lakhs you can get any other car and fit it with new brand CNG and accessories too.

Anywayz True Value Maruti gives second cars for 1.2 lakhs onwards so we can fit a CNG kit to it also. The cost of running will be even cheaper if it is done to a small car like Alto (used for 12 months or more).
