Yes it is worth to wait for New Swift may be launched in early 2011.

Hi,
In the price range mentioned Maruti Suzuki Ritz would be a good choice. If you are not inhurry and can wait for few months more and later on fore 3 months or so for taking delivery, you can go for new Swift.
If buying in near future,Ritz is ideal selection.
