I suggest - Best in your Price Range would be Swift Petrol - Top End Model. Also Wait for next 2 months as Co. will launch New Swift 2011.

I suggest u the Hyundai i20 petrol asta as it is spacious, good fuel efficiency, refined engine, good lot of equipments, and has good ride quality.
