i am looking for ambassador car with good fuel efficiency,across i found a 1993 model ambassador car, engine rebuilt,& tincered, garage people say it gives 14 km in high way & 12km in city ,is it true,please respond

Don't buy any used ambassador car because half of the days it will be in work shop.TATA may be better than this option.
Best one is maruthi diesel.

the garage people are fooling you ambassador never gives that milege in petrol

Hi,
With used Ambasador of 1993 youcan get mileage of max of 10 kmpl. Also maintenance would be bit difficult. Maruti cars like Esteem or 800 would be better choice.

No car is better than ambassador in space and comfort even now on the roads.It gives 8 to 9kms.

the milage which ur garagewala is talking is possible if it has been converted to a diesel, fitting it with diesel engine, otherwise impossible .
