I am Sasikumar from Madurai. I have been reading all your questions and answers and am a big fan of this. I am using SANTRO GLS and logged around 15000 kms. I bought this on DEC 2008 as a new car, now I would like to fit the LPG kit to my car from the authorised Hyundai dealer.

Now my questions are:-

1. Would it be a good idea to fit the LPG kit for my santro?
2. Is there any practical difficulties to do this?
3. How much I need to spend for this?
4. What will be the savings/comparison with petrol for 100 kms?
5. Any other pros/cons?

Hi,
Considering the probable usage since bought in dec 2008, it wont be worth investing around 20K for LPG kit. Besides considering the mileage of 10KMPL with LPG and cost per KG of LPG the savings wil be bit less.It will be worth going for LPG kit if usage is around 2000KM per month or so.
