I purchased a fiat grande punto 1 2 petrol on 25th july 10

I purchased a fiat grande punto 1.2 petrol on 25th july'10 but ever since there is soakage of the floormat on the right interior of the car..the car has been sent to the workshop 6 times but the problem has not yet been resolved... the soakage increases when the AC is in use..everytime the car goes to the workshop i have to pay for the petrol consumption in the workshop..(approx.1000Rs) yet they are unable to understand the default...should i go to consumer court n ask for replacement of the car?? What should I do?? plz suggest.
