In rainy season we face problem with Disc brakes in two wheelers like because of dust stagged inside the Piston of Disc brakes it wont release the piston properly. Is there any option to develop a new system in disc brake to avoid those problems.

Im planning for develop a new system on that so please give your comments to help me with New ideas

NOW DISCOVER BIKE COMING WITH DISK COVER LIKE CHAIN COVER IN PLASTIC . WE MAY DEVLOPE SAME TYPE IN STEEL SHEET .OR MAY BUY SAME FROM BAJAJ SHOWROOM AND CAN CONVERT IN DESIGN OF REQUIRE BIKE SHAPE.. IT WILL MORE USEFULL AND HELP TO WORK PROPERLY DISK SYSTEM..

Hi,
The solution lies in desiging covers for caliper of disc brakes so that only brake pad is open and dust does not get into caliper.
