CHECK WITH 3/4 MECHANICK AND ONLY ASK WHAT REASON OF LOW MILLAGE AND DECIDE UR SELF ..
THERE R MANY REASON OF LOW MILLAGE
..BORE SEIZED OR DAMAGE .. CLUCH PLATE DAMAGES .. DRIVE CHAIN/SPOKE GOT DAMAGES..PLUG DEFAULT .. CURRENT MISSING SO CHECK ALL POINTS

Hi,
Aas mentioned by Gautam, the problem could be due to worn out clutch plate,chain sprocket etc. Please get the same inspected with mechanic.
