Hi,
Please approach RTO inwhich the vehicle was registered earlier with documents sucn as RC BOOK,Insurance copy,Emision certificate,NOC from earlier owner and form number 29,30 if in Karnataka.Wwil have to pay fee as prescribed. With that you can get transfer of ownership within 15 days or so.
