my indica cars current supply increases for a few seconds and come to normal,but due to this I lost 2 headlight bulbs.This was found out when the wiper attimes works faster or blower has got more speed.When contacted it was said might be due to the fault in the regulator of alternator, what is your opinion?

Hi,
Get the fuse box inspected properly.Faulty connections or fuse would result in erratic supply.
