Blue & Me is a exclusive feature provided by Fiat for its top end cars. Similar feature is also available on ford and other cars. It will be not possible to install blue & me on i20, but you can buy a Jabra SP200 0r SP500 or Sony bluetooth available for cars

You get caller ID and SMS readout on the Inside Rear View Mirror.

Hi,
You can get other similar features in car accessories shop. Blue and me is available for Fiat cars only.
