Compliments are generally given by the dealers and not by the manufacturers. Check with the people who got these compliment gifts the value at which they had bought the car, maybe the gifts for you had been adjusted against any dealer discount. If thats not the case you need to report it to the dealer main office and also to Maruti. No matter how old this case is the dealer will still give you compliment gifts cos he wont dare worsen his reputation in the market.
