you can buy indica v2 1.2 xeta gls. price is not more than 350000 onroad . decent power, decent mileage. suitable for city as well as highway. astar might not suitable for highway and it uses 3 cylinder engine which produces more vibration than a 4 cylinder engine (indica uses)

Indica dont have the Brand Value & its styling is outdated.
If A star is not in your mind go for the Indica Vista Saffire. Very good car VFM. Great space, great handling, good styaling, good for city drive.

My strictly suggestion is go for Indica Vista Terra (TDI), the Ex-showroom price of said car is Rs. 4 Lacs approx. The advantage of the said car is that the car comes with the latest Deisel Engine which is very silent, gives very good milage, very less vibration, (Appart from Indigo Manza) the same Engine is used in all latest Tata Indigo cars in Deisel version. According to your budget Tata Indica Vista Terra (TDI) is the best car you can avail in this compitative market.
Advantages : Can run the car with AC in city, can go for long drive with AC, the cost of deisel is very low, car goes 18KM/L. Overall it will not at-all be hard to your Pocket or wallet
