Hi,
Te top speed you are getting is good enough.To improve further you can use premium petrol and synthetic engine oil.

On road 120 km/hr is good enough. But if you further want to improve your speed then wear proper riding gear, maintain proper tyre pressure, check your riding position and tune your bike properly.

Premium grade engine oil good for those bikes which have higher compression ratio (for example 12:1 or above, good for racing bike). It is not suitable for Indian bike. The adhesive present in the premium oil choked fuel injection nozzle as well as exhaust valve manifold.

Thanks for your precious feedback. Mr. Shiva I have been using "Speed" on my bike ever since I bought it. The engine oil used is Hero Honda's 10W30 which is standard for all their vehicles. Kindly suggest which engine oil can I switch to. Will fitting of a 15/38 teeth sprocket help as compared to the existing 14/40 teeth?
