I'm using my new RTR-180 since Sept-09; used to have Yamaha before.

My suggestion for a person looking for a "comfortable bike" would be different.
RTR-180 is a desi hi-speed Power-bike, capable of running at 80-90kmph easily, can grab 120 without much trouble. It's stable at hi-speed, dual dics brk, tubeless tyre n longer wheel base add on a bit. You should be about 5'7" or more to handle this properly.
The Suspension is a bit hard, well that the way it should be for a hi-speed bike. Sitting position in "lean-forward" so u'r body weight in on u'r hand+handle-bar. Must look into these thing if confort is a point. RTR 180 is just a RAW power Plant with some racing features.

FZ has a better sitting-post., silent, good performer always.
Equipment quality in Yamaha is better & so is performance.
For performance, Yamaha is better to me.

So suggestion to a "comfort-biker" is FZ;
& to Power-biker will be RTR180… 
