As a proud owner of dzire vxi for the past one year and 20000km, I would defenitely suggest Dzire vxi for you . You should not go for the basic variant as with your budget you can readily go for the vxi model.With the new K-series engine dzire is more desirable as far as the mileage is concerned. I had test ridden accent,ikon ,and reno logan before finalising on Dzire. I wouldn't reccommend Manza as I have gone through many negative reviews on the car.More over considering the service part maruti offers the best service among the lot.
