After a year long experience with my Maruti Ritz LDi, I can safely say that it is the best among other cars in the premium A2 segment of the Indian car market. I cannot resist from mentioning the decent price range of Rs. 4 to Rs. 5 lacs, at which I was able to purchase the premium car.

The hatchback offers an apt combination of just the right cabin features, engine performance and safety package. Maruti Ritz LDi is a base level diesel variant, however, it comes with features like air-conditioning system, power steering, 60/40 split rear seat, adjustable front and rear head restraints and centre console with cup-holder.

A decent engine performance paired with optimum overall mileage is what made me buy Maruti Ritz LDi. Powered with a 1.3-litre, DDiS engine with Common Rail multi injection technology, the car has peak power churning capacity of 75 bhp and maximum torque of 190 Nm. Moreover, I also get an impressive city mileage of 18 kmpl and 22 kmpl of highway mileage from my Maruti Ritz LDi.

On the whole, I have had a completely satisfying experience driving in my Maruti Ritz for a year. The car brings about a level of sophistication and ease while driving, even being the base variant.
