Hi,

As suggested Swift Dezire is better than ETIOS.
The build quality (finishing, material used is not upto level of what other brands provide).

SUnny is also good option.

If you have budget of between 5-7 than checkout:
SUNNY, FORD FEISTA, DEZIRE, JAZZ(not sedan but good)
