I bought a Mahindra electric bike in August 2009. Recently, a few problems arose in the bike:
1. The right hand sid front light for signal (right blinker) broke 2. The hook for hanging and anchoring carry bags in the leg space of the bike came off. I promptly took the bike to your workshop at: Plot No. A-104/105, Road No. 18, Wagle Estate Thane (W) - 400 604, Maharashtra, INDIA Phone:022 2582 3529 There I met a person called Sagar. He said that they do not have the spare parts to fix the bike. I have been following up since the last 20 days with him, and everytime he says there are no spares to fix my bike. This is a serious problem. How do these guys sell the bike and even have a workshop for it, but no spares to fix the bike? I sent 3 emails to their customer services CUSTOMERCARE@mahindra.com. Mr. Sultana Shaikh replied to only 1 of my emails, assuring some resolution, but till date neither has my bike been fixed, nor has there been any follow up from Mahindra. I would strongly advise everyone to keep away from Mahindra. Their workshop and after sales customer services sucks big time.
