As per your request I am sharing the experience with my Kinetic blaze,I am from Kerala,to be frank let me tell you,I was also having the same doubts as you before buying the scooter,inquired and had different opinion from various sources,Later a year before on the clean advice of a person who own the vehicle and who have completed nearly 19000 KM on his Blaze,I took a used 2007 May model Blaze with disc brake which has done only 1500 KM,as far as I am concerned I am happy about the bike ,have done nearly 22000 KM and the only major problem I faced are,its bit difficult to remove the rear wheel in case of flat Tyre(only once i faced this problem,this can be rectified if we check the Tyre pressure at least once in a week and change the Tyre at 10000 KM)and other problem was that back suspension got damaged at 12000KM (not of good quality,I change it with Pulsar(only 1000Rs.))and mileage is low only 36 KM per liter in highway,at 8000 KM changed the spark pug and in 18000 KM I changed the clutch shoe and spring as per the catalog of Blaze,really the service charges are bit expensive.Since the bike has been discontinued there is shortage(taking long time to get) of spare,but when i inquired Mahindra two wheelers they says all spares will be available for at least next 3 more years.Here my service persons are very good at servicing the vehicles,Use to change oil at every 2500 KM and each time the only thing they say when the vehicle is returned to me after servicing is that to check the level of oil and Tyre pressure at least once in a week and never run with low oil,I use to follow the same and i am happy with the bike,use to go long distance of nearly 200 or more KM per day,long distance travel is very comfort,no back pain,Have clocked the maximum speed of 115 K Mph.Still my bike looks brand new,also i have checked with few other blaze owners here many are happy and some are having problems.My advice is that do take the vehicle only if you are ready to care it and do the routine check as you know the vehicle is discontinued also just stock the necessary spares(Spares are not so costly)
