splendor is no doubt a good entry level bike. truly saying the best Indian entry level bike . offer good economy, low maintenance . in word v 4 m .but then ? on the other hand shine is very good commuter. good sitting position. tough it has a basic engine , but it dose it work well. little bigger engine than HH splendor. Which provide more power with good economy. finally it give a brand name call HONDA.
