I purchased Honda City Corporate last year and since then the model has become my all time favourite. The Honda City Corporate is 4440 mm in length, 1695 mm in width and 1485 mm in height. The model is equipped with 1.5L (SOHC) 4 Cylinder, 16 valve i-VTEC engine that delivers peak power of 116b hp and maximum torque of 146 Nm. Honda has introduced various advancements in its City variants, one of them is the synchronised 5-speed manual transmission and the other one is multi-link suspension system. In the name of suspension, the front end of the car is fitted with McPherson strut with stabilizer and coil spring, whereas the rear end has Torsion beam axle with stabilizer. Owing to such suspension, the drive of Honda City has been quite smooth and jerk-free with a better handling. Honda City is provided with dual front SRS airbags, G-CON (G-Force Control Technology) body, driver seat belt reminder, and Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) in it. It has seat belt pretensioner with double load limiter, rear windshield de-fogger, high-mounted stop lamp, and anti-lock braking system (ABS) with brake assist. Honda City also impresses me with the convenience features such as power door mirror, power windows front & rear, day/night mirror, rear seat centre armrest, foot rest, key alarm, headlight alarm and accessory socket. | |||||||||||

I own a Honda City car since two years. Recently I had to change the horns and got it done at a car accessory show room. After using it for a month or so, the horn started going dumb suddenly and randomly. Now the horn doesn’t work. Since one and a half months I am making rounds to the Honda Service center and they are not able to fix it.
According to the Service people there, This cannot be repaired, the part to be replaced (The coupler) is not available as a single part, so replace the entire horn assembly system which costs 18K to 20K.
My suggestion is, don’t ever get any accessory fitted elsewhere other than what Honda provides at their showrooms. It becomes a costly affair.05 June 2012 By Sreekanth
