I owned a Karizma for 5 years.
I owned a Karizma for 5 years. I did a lot of touring on it and It is a really awesome bike but unfortunately it has aged quite a bit. Technology wise and looks wise too. Stickering jobs dont count as upgrades. The current upgrade FI is way too pricey considering the options available.
I bought the latest 220DTSi and it is a hell of a lot better than the karizma. Performance, acceleration, braking, handling, road grip (even in the wet) and features (auto off indicators, HUUUUUGE Carb, oil cooler and Great Firing also) are tremendous. I just did 120kms on the Pune Ahmednagar highway in heavy rain at well over 80kmph. Go for the pulsar .. Its way cheaper than the Karizma too.. U wont be disappointed.
