I am owing the new Ford Ikon Diesel TDCI

I am owing the new Ford Ikon Diesel TDCI purchased in jan 09 I am getting an average of 21.5 kms on highways at the speed of 80mto 90 kms per hour with the drive stretch of 225 kms. In city like pune the average is 17 to 18.5 kms. you may get 25kms at the speed of 60kms per hour but on a long strech of drive which is not practical as one has to travel at high speeds to cover the distance Regards, Vishal Sinha, Mob: 09823637907 Posted by vishal Sinha on January 03, 2010

Ford Ikon is a statement. I own a 2005 1.8 diesel and have no complaints. However, i never tire of comparing its strength (muscle), looks compared to other similar cars. The leopard look of this model is sexy and I dread the moment when i may have to dispose it of, if at all. I also feel very safe when i am inside the car. Just my views, guys. OLD IS GOLD, like they say !!!
