Endeavour service is an issue

Ford needs to first rectify the vehicles which have complained about faults. My Endeavour has given me hell lot of problems that can never be solved by Ford plant themselves, my tyres are wearing out unevenly within 1000- 2000km even tough the wheel alignment has been carried out 500-1000km by their dealer, for years. My A/c fuse keeps blowing off and no one can solve that problem too. I use the vehicle sans A/c . You spend 17+ lakhs on a Suv and you get a car worth 7 lkhs the price I can tag it to. If these problems can be taken up and solved by Ford engineers themselves then I would go in for another Ford. As of now I am scared to take the SUV FOR LONG DRIVES...

  • Ford India Service is really very bad. My Endeavour 4*4 is with the service center for more than 2 months and still the vehicle is not ready. I went 4 times to check the work done but every time they failed to deliver. In between this 2 Months period they stolen lot of the small parts of my car.

  • I'm facing n-number of issues while using your vehicle as below.
    • Very poor service.
    • After 5,000 km radiator problem, I took to pondicherry service center, they charged me Rs.13,000.00
    • Recently 28,000 km clutch plate housing problem, In Chennai service center they advice to pay Rs. 48,000.00. If this problem is solved, will it be a permanent solution forever? Can you provide any guarantee for that? How will you assure that no more problems exist?
    • I'm facing n number of minor problem,

    Mainly I’m facing service problem from your dealers. There is no proper response when we need your service. As of now I am scared to refer your vehicle to my friends.
