Cruze:-Latest,stylish interior and exterior,Good mileage(18+),one of the best diesel engine and good pricing.
Civic:-Honda label,good road grip and a pleasent look and low groun clearence,petrol engine. Altis:-costlier,wider,superb,not stylish as Civic and Cruze.Good after sale service. Suggestion= go for Cruze,definitely value for money. Posted by Panicker on October 24, 2009

I agree with Edwin. I feel Cruze is miles ahead of Civic in terms of looks, features, performance and even can be compared to an Accord.

Most Chevrolet vehicles after 2 years end up looking like DUST-BINs and the diesel vehicles began to sound like trucks.

A real and very true comment, when India is changing why we talk old, Honda technique is very old, even thou Honda
is still managing reasonable no. in India because we people only go by brand without having any idea about the same, Cruse is a fantastic machine for India road, price is very economical, and instead of promoting such a fantastic product, we share our good view for Japanese product,which is outdated. pratik (August 18, 2010)

Ever since Honda stepped into the Indian market,they showed lack of commitment to the Indian market,their volumes speak about it.
Now its time for honda to pack its bags and exit from the Indian market This year will be the most competing year for honda I bet. City has huge competition from Linea, of course the linea lacks power,but for those of you who crib about it,theres good news,this year you will be seeing Linea with a powerful T-jet engine,once its launched I don't think anyone who has not lost his sense would buy the mean looking City. Now looking about the future of the Civic which was once an icon of style,no more I believe,thanks to the sporty looking Cruze from the Chevrolet stable,which has the power of an SUV,all these at an attractive value for money price,kudos Chevrolet,bring the Lumina to the Indian Market and dominate the luxury segment.As a matter of fact Cruze competes with even Accord and Camry. Now something about CRV,as the three letter product from honda which resembles VCR is facing stiff competition from the Fortuner and the Endeavor,as we all dumped the VCR's from our home,CRV is also going to be dumped from the Indian Market.To beat this Honda is bringing a new Diesel powered engine for CRV,I guarantee this is not going to do any wonders,in the Indian SUV segment what customers look for are Performance and style which lacks in even the new CRV.
