I recently bought Hyundai i20 Asta 1.4 CRDi diesel variant. Though it was quite heavy for my pocket but it’s worth buying. This new generation car is equipped with beautiful exterior and interior features. It is fast, comfortable and spacious as well. The hatchback is powered with 1.4 L CRDi Diesel engine having 5 Speed Manual Transmission Gearbox. It gives an excellent mileage of 18 kmpl in urban roads and 23 kmpl on the highways. The car is capable of churning maximum power of 89 hp at 4000 rpm and offers peak torque of 219 Nm at 1750-2750 rpm. What I really loved in the car apart from power and engine is its exteriors and interior features. The exterior of Asta looks very elegant, stylish and can easily attract any passer-by. Front fascia of the car is defined with a low suspended grille, big headlamps and round shaped fog lights. It has unique front image with chrome finished grille incorporated with the Hyundai’s logo. The winds screen smoothly merges with a tail section. Its other exterior features includes body coloured bumpers, outside mirrors, body coloured tailgate handles and door handles. These features add to the beauty and elegance of the car. Similarly the interiors are also done very beautifully with 2 tone beige. The interior of the car comes with silver finish on centre fascia and AC vents. According to me, Asta is a car that goes with every type of personality.

The i20 1.2 Petrol isn't that great car and the performer that one would expect.Due to its heavy body weight and smaller displacement engine, The car losses its pep and true performance. The steep roads/ways even make some bigger car's AC to be switched off however it isn't that big problem. But if your car's performance significantly dips with ac on plain roads then one can consider some defect. Do you experience such performance change while driving on plain roads? Alternatively, If you want to do some modifications then you can go for K&N air filters, These air filters do help to increase little power and one can feel the change. Since your Stock Filter can be changed directly with K&N, there won't be any problem. P.S.
