A month ago I purchased Chevrolet Beat Diesel LT variant for around Rs. 5 lacs. My experience with the brilliantly designed hatchback has been very enjoyable and trouble-free. While I was looking for options in the hatchback market, Chevrolet Beat Diesel LT stood out for me with its super trendy styling, impressive performance, unbeatable mileage and a fairly luxurious cabin. Talking about its responsive 936 cc diesel engine generates optimum power of 57 bhp at 4000 rpm and peak torque of 150 Nm at 1750 rpm. The supreme 16 kmpl to 24 kmpl mileage of Beat Diesel LT is what compelled me to buy the model immediately. I always consider my Beat Diesel LT as the best car for driving on traffic-prone roads, as the highly manoeuvrable compact exterior is complimented with a comfortable cabin that caters a relaxed environment. The cabin equipment I consider to be highly useful while driving include air-conditioning system with climate control, integrated audio system, bottle holders in door trims and power steering control. The only negative aspect I can point out about the hatchback is its inadequacy in passenger safety quotient. There are a lot of important safety features missing; however, available equipment includes 2.5 mph impact-proof bumpers, front fog lamps and more.

The Chevrolet Beat Diesel PS is one of my best purchases, which can be called an asset. I am quite impressed by the fuel efficiency of this car. Fuel price rice is the main reason for which I made this purchase. As per ARAI standard, the car delivers mileage of 24 kmpl on highways. However, the mileage in the city is lesser compared to the highway. The vehicle is powered by 3 cylinders 936 cc engine, which helps in delivering excellent performance. Engine of this vehicle delivers power of 60.50 hp and churns torque of 160.26 Nm. Due to the powerful engine, the car can attain high speed of 145 kmph. The car does not vibrate even when it crosses 100 kmph mark. Hence, the passengers can enjoy comfortable journey. It has 5-speed manual transmission gear box, which help the vehicle in attaining high speed. The McPherson Strut type suspension system with Anti-roll Bar provides smooth driving experience. While driving on rough terrains, I have experienced minimum jerk due to the strong suspension system of the vehicle. The 165/65 R14 tubeless tyre of this vehicle is highly durable and provides better road grip. My overall experience with this car is better compared to many other cars.
