The BMW 7-Series is the German car maker’s flagship luxury sedan and is offered in both regular and extended wheelbase versions. The 7-series comes powered by two engine options, including a 4.8-liter V8 engine and a 6.0-liter V12 engine. Engine & Specification of the BMW 7-Series

As mentioned above, the BMW 7-Series has been offered in both petrol and diesel versions. The petrol version of the car – 740Li – is powered by a 4000CC, 8-cylinder engine, which is capable of delivering a peak power of 306 bhp. The car is available in two more petrol engines including a 4799 cc 8-cylinders and 12-cylinder 5972 cc engine (750Li and 760Li), delivering a peak power of 360 bhp and 439 bhp, respectively.

On the other hand, the diesel version of the 7-Series – 730Ld – delivers a peak power of 319 bhp. All variants of the car are powered by a six-speed automatic transmission, offering a class-apart driving experience.
