The engines of Nissan SUVs have been acclaimed all over the world for their efficient yet power packed performance. The aerodynamic drag has also been reduced with newer designs having a Cd figure as low as 0.33, which is lower than previous versions. Nissan Qashqai has gone several levels of refinement in its long production run. The NVH characteristics have improved quite a bit in comparison with types that were launched in 2007.
The under-bonnet insulation developed previously for the diesel versions now also features in the 2.0 litre petrol engines.
