This car will add to the company's current portfolio, which consists of models like CR-V, Accord, Jazz, Accord 3.5 L, Civic and City. The concept was unveiled at the New Delhi Auto Expo and is expected to be on roads by 2013 as per official sources. Most stylish appearance, new-age technology and user-friendly controls at the lucrative price have made Honda TIF one of the most awaited cars in India.

Upcoming Honda TIF based on the concept is expected to be equipped with engines having capacities of 1.0 L and 1.3 L. Apart from that, there are reports of variants that may be powered by a 1 L capacity engine.

As per Honda officials, engine of the car is to be complemented by a modern 5-speed manual transmission mechanism.
