Rolls Royce Dealerships in India

Rolls Royce Motors is a world-renowned and recognised ultra-luxury car brand. It has a long and rich history of manufacturing and providing one of, if not the most, prestigious luxury cars in the world. Its history dates back to around 1907 with its first overseas Rolls Royce dealer and it has recently undergone a revival after its takeover by BMW in 1998. Although Rolls-Royce cars have been selling in India through RR dealerships only since 2005, its partnership with the Indian aviation industry dates all the way back to 1932.

Only two Rolls Royce models are currently available in the Indian market, the ‘Phantom’ and its less expensive little brother, the ‘Ghost’. The introduction of the Ghost in the Indian market has given Rolls-Royce sales a big boost. Both cars are imported as completely-built-units (CBU) from the United Kingdom and sold through Rolls Royce dealerships in India.
 

There are only two Rolls Royce dealerships and service centres in the whole of India: Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in the political capital - New Delhi and Navnit Motors Pvt. Ltd in the financial capital - Mumbai.
The used car market for Rolls Royce in India is very small owing to the huge price-tag. This is because even a used Rolls Royce costs quite a lot. There are however, a few available on the market. The used car market for Rolls Royce is of course driven by super upper class consumers on the lower end of the spectrum. The upside is that Rolls-Royce used car dealerships provides quality assurance tests on pre-owned cars. This guarantees that the new owner will buy the car in good condition that has passed safety standards.
