Monto Motors is the result of conglomeration of Avanti Corporatation which was started by Kelvinator with Pacco Group of companies in the year 1999.Pacco Group was already in the business of manufacturing automobile components like carburetor, fuel pumps etc. It was after Pacco Group bought Avanti Corporation, the company was renamed as Monto Motors and started producing a large number of products that include a large variety of mopeds, cranks and shafts. The Company has three manufacturing units in the Okhla industrial area, New Delhi. It employs 250 persons and has an annual turnover of 2.5 million US dollars. The company has recently started its phased re-launch of its products in Tamil Nadu and is working hard to strengthen its dealer network; it has presently 150 nationwide dealers and plans to add 150 more national dealers.
