My Linea gives 11-12 kmpl in city with AC on and without AC it gives 15-16 kmpl. On highway it gives 14-15 kmpl with AC and 18 kmpl without AC while driving at 70-80 kmph speed. Car is nice to drive and stable at high speed. It is really tough one. Nagative is that it consume tramandaously high engine oil. Jumper pad gone ruine at 25000 km and which was not covered under extended warranty. Clutch hydrolic cylinder fails at 28000 km and also not covered under extended warranty.

Don't trust what Abhijeet Gavali says, Never-Go and do the search on cars yourself!! Go for all available test drives...Check the market- then make a decision!

On an average, I can never manage to get past 40kmph in Bangalore traffic.My GP90 consumes on an avg. of 14-15kmpl with AC turned ON. On highways its a pure bliss, As long as i wont cross 90KMPH, i get an avg between 22.8- 23.2kmpl. Sometimes when i take it over 150 in between, the mileage drops to 12 or worse 11kmpl

I am having a linea emotion diesel since march 2010 and i crossed 45,000 km and i am getting mileage of 17 to 19 km with a/c.I personally feel that linea is a good choice

My tips for better mileage. 1. Drive at ease 2. Apply clutch only when necessary 3. Do not drive rash because that will keep your brakes engaged and in turn impact your milage 4. Enjoy your drive and be safe. Punto rocks :)

I own linea emotion pack diesel may-2010. Initially i was getting mileage of around 10.2 km/ltr. Gradually when my vehicle crossed 5000 kms it started giving me mileage around 15.5km/ltr. After 2nd service(15000kms) it is giving approx 17 km/ltr. The cooling of AC is good. Gr88 pickup.. I personally don't feel like others that linea is a bad choice. it is pretty good car. but more suitable for free roads which r hard to find. highway if u drive below 100 speed u will get 20-21 but if u drive above 100 u will get 17-18

I have purchased my GP 90hp injan2011 & I fall in love with her.

Punto seems to give me the best mileage between 80-110 kmph. Above 110, it drops to around 18-19 kmpl on highways.

Folks, I drive Linea Emotion Petrol version and this car is solid and drive is enjoyable when you cruze beyond 60 +.... Mileage is around 11.6 which is good considering Mumbai Traffic... Overall a happy experience ! Abhi

A very dissatisfied client of Linea… here are my inputs of the Car and the Service quality:- - A/c Functioning is pathetic and Delhi heat seems to be excuse from the showroom - Pick up of the car in the first 3 gears… seems like u have a truck on hand pulling weights - The Emotion Petrol Version is what I own and have already logged in 6000 kms… no improvement on mileage … giving me b/w 10.5 to 11.2 km/L with A/C in city driving - The Rama Motors okhla services sucks.. you send the car in for one thing and they spoil the other … the owner's excuse … "We are use to servicing and managing Indica clients i.e.: the taxi driver clan" Poor attitude to top it all

punto diesel is better or ritz/swift diesel.which has more avg nd value 4 money.

I have completed 15000 kms in Linea in the last 10 months. I have got peak mileage of 13.5 and 12.5 overall. In the city i have got 10-11. I have been very impressed with the ride handling and overall comfort of the car. Infact on long drives with full load, i have driven above 120kmph and overtaken some fast running cars.
