hi all, i bought rtr 160 and its avarage millage is good in cities as well as in highways if we can maintain speed of 40 to 50, it will give good millage

Ma flame gives only40- 50.

what if mobile oil along with petrol is used....can it cause any damage ?

Less mileage for ur victor around 26kmph.means.u have to check whether u have already done re-boring/pls remove air filter,carburattor clean it n retune te carburattor.then c te mileage.since am using victor 4r 9 years.i had tat problem geting around 15 to 20kmpl mileage.nw i did tat cleaning n retune works.nw am geting around 65-68kmpl in chennai city traffic condition.it had runed 91830kms speedometer reading.so if u kno hw to do tat air filter/carburattor works.u do.r else consult ur nearst mechanic in ur area/tvs showroom.if u dont kno pls dont do by urself....

if yor are maintain the speed within 50 per litre,,you will sur get that milege above 55 per litre, otherwise rash drive you can get 44 per litre

TVS JIVE is a auto clutch bike.It is easy for riding and good milage

engine oil change every 1200km(servo)& every month service to corparater cleaning.This problem is correct smooth bike star city,MILEAGE IS VERY GOOD.

Dont apply brake immedaitely often and drive in economy speed.

drive ur vehicle at the speed of 40km/hr and regularly clean the air filter....it will give a better mileage

Hi Mr. Kishore, To improve the fuel efficiency of your bike do the following steps. 1.Check and replace new spark plug. 2.Check and clean Air filter. 3.Clean the silencer and muffler. 4.Remove the saree guards, Boxes, and unwanted theings form ur bike. 5.Oil checkup. 6.Chain sprocket replacement. 7.Chain. 8.Use pure petrol. for eg Reliance, Bharat, and some other authorized dealers. 9.Always drive in consistent speed. 10. drive in speed between 40-50. 11.Engine valve adjusting.

I am using TVS Victor GLX 125 from last 5 years. I am only rider who use this bike daily. But till date i had never get mileage more than 48-50 Km/ltr. Even i had send email to TVS but there was no satisfactory feedback from there side. Only once for just a month, i had recorded the mileage of 55 km/ltr. After that it became past. At present the regular mileage is between 43-47 km/ltrs. So please guide me to improve the mileage.
