Mercedes-Benz AMG S 63 E Performance

The Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance was launched in India on 22 May, 2024.

Feature list:

Exterior:

The AMG SL 63 for the first time wears the signature Panamericana grille and, sportier front bumpers with larger air intakes. It also gets new quad exhaust pipes and an AMG-specific rear diffuser.

Interior:

The cabin of the AMG SL 63 is equipped with a 12.8-inch OLED touchscreen infotainment system, 64 -colour ambient lighting, four-zone climate control, updated MBUX software, and Level 2 ADAS.

Engine, performance, and specifications:

The AMG S 63 E Performance is propelled by a 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine that generates 802bhp and 1,430Nm of torque. It is mated to a nine-speed automatic gearbox with a claimed electronically limited top speed of 250kmph. The four-door saloon is also paired with a 13.1kWh battery pack,  giving it an electric range of 33 km.

Variants:

The Mercedes-AMG S 63 is available in a single, top-spec variant.

Safety:

The Mercedes-AMG S 63 has not been crash-tested by any NCAP yet.

The rivals to the Mercedes-AMG S 63 include the BMW M8 Competition.
