MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM:

We are looking to hire the future leaders of the company. We want intelligent and hard working recent post graduates to join the CarTrade.com Management Trainee Program. The program is a minimum of 12 months. You will be placed into the Sales Division of the company. Depending on your performance, you may rotate to other divisions. You will be trained by experts in their field and will be expected to contribute quickly to the team. Visit assigned Dealers.

Key Success Factors

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
• New or used car dealer sales experience
• BPO experience in an outbound sales process
• Auto loan sales at a bank or financial institution
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned Dealers.
• Follow up with CarTrade.com customer leads at each Dealership.
• Arrange for customer to visit dealership, take test drive, etc.
• Update Dealer inventory with photos.
• Verification of deposit refunds & releases.
• Ensure at least 10 sales per month from assigned Dealers.

Key Success Factors

• Previous experience at a new or used car dealer is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including use of excel and sending emails is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Sales Executives.
• Recruitment, training, monitoring & motivating of Sales Executives to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Update system based on calling activity and showroom visits.
• Follow up with Dealer sales executives on status of leads.

Key Success Factors

• Prior sales experience with a new or used car dealer or in auto loan sales with a bank or financial instiution.
• Strong communications skills and ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
• Self starter with a results driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly sales target in the city is achieved.
• Monitoring productivity of employees.
• Ensuring processes are followed as per policy.
• Managing Sales Executives & Sales Managers in the city including monitoring and achieving monthly sales targets, training and recruitment.

• Prior sales experience with a new or used car dealer.
• Strong communications skills and ability to effectively lead and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling CarTradeExchange marketing & software solutions to new and used car dealers.
• Selling CarTrade.com Warranty Product to Dealers.

Key Success Factors

• Work experience between 1-5 yrs
• Prior experience in the general insurance of auto industry is preferred
• Sales or operations experience
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Computer proficiency especially in MS excel
• High degree of flexibility/adaptability

Key Responsibilities

• Market Making: calling registered buyers to ensure maximum participation before and during auctions
• Coordinating with insurance companies for obtaining approvals and with buyers for fulfilments
• Resolving buyers and insurances related issues
• Maintaining and circulating MIS & reports
• Achieving assigned targets in accordance to the laid out process with special emphasis on the related TAT
• Complete adherence to all operational processes and policies and ensuring operational excellence at all levels

• Prior sales experience with a used car dealer.
• Strong communications skills.
• Self starter with a results driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling Auction product to Dealers.
• Signing Dealers and Buyers to Auction platform.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Success Factors

• Prior experience in the auto industry / auto insurance / auto loans is preferred.
• Sales or operations experience.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency especially in MS excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing off line auction preparation including in base city and surrounding cities.
• Coordinating with clients for obtaining approvals and with buyers for fulfillment.
• Market Making: calling registered buyers to ensure maximum participation before and during auctions.
• Signing up new auction Buyers.
• Contacting Buyers in person and via tele-calling and explaining the CarTrade auction process and value proposition.
• Signing up Buyers and ensuring registration fee and deposit are paid.
• Collecting and verifying the KYC documents required as part of the sign up process.
• Maintaining and circulating MIS & reports.
• Achieving assigned targets.
• Complete adherence to all operational processes and policies and ensuring operational excellence at all levels.
